Project description

This Class B clearance inspection was carried out following the removal of fibre cement cladding and soffit linings within the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to verify that all asbestos-containing materials had been safely and thoroughly removed, and that the work area was free of asbestos debris and residues, ensuring it is safe for re-occupation or further use. The inspection involved a visual assessment of the affected areas, confirmation that all removal parameters and control measures had been adhered to. The outcome determined that the site is safe for reoccupation and the demolition of the property could continue following the removal of ACMs on site.
