Project description

The purpose of this project was to conduct a comprehensive asbestos sample collection report within the property to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). The survey involved visual inspections of the garage, the deck and soffit linings and the collection of representative samples, including textured coatings, soffits, flooring. The objective was to assess potential asbestos risks, determine the condition of existing ACMs, and provide recommendations for safe management and removal where necessary. The findings informed the renovation company of the presence of ACMs, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
