Project description

This asbestos management re-inspection survey was conducted within a large warehouse to reassess the asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) previously identified. The survey involved a detailed visual inspection of all accessible areas, with specific focus on typical suspect materials such as corrugated roof and wall cladding, gaskets, vinyl sheeting, and other building components. Samples were collected from any materials suspected of containing asbestos for laboratory analysis. The purpose of this survey is to locate existing ACMs, assess their condition, and develop a management plan to ensure their safe continued presence or safe removal where necessary. The findings will be used to inform maintenance, repair, and renovation activities, complying with relevant health and safety regulations, and minimizing potential asbestos-related risks in the warehouse environment.
