Project description

Final whole-house cleaning to prepare the property for settlement and handover to the new owners. This detailed clean ensures the home is presented in a clean, move-in ready condition, meeting the expectations for a post-sale turnover. Scope includes:
KITCHEN: clean inside and outside of all cupboards, drawers, and appliances (fridge, oven, rangehood, microwave), wipe down benches, sink, backsplash, and floors.
BATHROOMS X 2: Deep clean of toilets, showers, bathtubs, vanities, mirrors, and tiled surfaces.
ALL ROOMS X 7: Dust and wipe all surfaces including light switches, and window sills. Clean inside closets.
FLOORS: Vacuum all carpets and sweep/mop all hard floors.
FINAL TOUCHES: Remove any remaining debris, cobwebs, and spot-check for presentation.
