Project description

Throughout 2020-2022 I undertook a dream project to plan and build from start to finish a home for my family. This proved very challenging as it was during Covid times, material price rises and scarcity, and all of the uncertainty. Nevertheless we got there, and now have a unique personalised home that is proving to be warm, dry, low maintenance and very comfortable.

This process was a huge learning curve, as I project managed the build and did all the work I could to save money which included all admin building consent and council inspections, organising contractors, designers and engineers, through to paining, cabinetry and tiling.
