New Commercial Roof: TPO Waterproofing Membrane

This project involved the supply and installation of a TPO waterproofing membrane system to a new commercial roof, delivered in partnership with a reputable construction company in New Zealand. Our scope included installation of the TPO membrane in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project design.

To support efficient material handling, we utilised a Hi-Ab to lift and place membrane rolls directly onto the roof level. The works also required precise detailing around penetrations, parapets, and junctions to ensure long-term waterproofing performance. Coordination with other trades was essential to meet project timelines and maintain safe site practices.
