Roof Membrane Replacement (Orakei)
Project description
The Roof Membrane Replacement Project in Orakei involved the removal of the existing Butynol membrane and installation of a new TPO membrane system. We engaged and provided scaffolding and edge protection to ensure safe site access and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
The works included careful removal of the old membrane, inspection of the existing substrate, and replacement of any rotten or damaged sections. Once the surface was prepared, the new membrane was installed with proper detailing to all edges, upstands, and penetrations. All activities were carried out in stages to manage weather exposure and maintain installation quality throughout the project.
