Leaky Shower Replacement & Bathroom Refresh

Project description

• Dismantle and dispose of the existing shower unit
• Replace any water-damaged timber beneath the shower and toilet areas
• Remove existing gib and install new gib with necessary blocking to support shower fixings.
• Remove existing bathroom tiles and toilet vinyl flooring, and supply and install new flooring in both areas.
• Supply and install new shower unit and new mixer and rail shower
• Prepare and repaint bathroom walls and ceiling, including patching, plastering, sanding, and applying primer with two top coats for a smooth, fresh finish.
