Project description

Our amazing clients approached us with a project they had already planned at a new home they had purchased. We provided an extensive quote including all new Double Glazed aluminium joinery to existing home , extensive internal renovations to the whole home and the extension of each end of the existing home which included two master bedroom suites both with ensuites.
This project was extra special as the motivation for the client was to create a safe, clean and healthy environment for a disabled family member to live and be cared for. One of the extensions was to house a master bedroom, separate lounge, self contained kitchen/laundry, an ensuite with level entry tiled shower and a large amount of storage required to care for the family member.
The second extension was for a master bedroom, a second ensuite and walk in wardrobe and an entrance way into the reconfigured home. Extensive renovations continued throughout the interior with double glazed aluminium joinery fitted, exterior walls insulated, new GIB linings, a new master bathroom and separate toilet, airing cupboard and hallway revamp.

To the exterior the deck was reconfigured slightly to accommodate the extensions, new stairs were fitted, a ramp installed for accessibility and a new entrance deck and stairs. The extensions were clad in a matching timber weatherboard with facings and sills to match the existing home and new coloursteel corrugated iron roofing was installed to match over the extensions.

The outcome was a complete transformation to this farmhouse, below we have some photos and captions from the start to the finish of this project of which we were so proud and thankful to have been a part of.
