Project Overview

Next Level Engineering was contracted to replace an aging set of exterior wooden stairs with a more durable and long-lasting steel alternative. The project involved the complete demolition of the existing wooden structure, design and fabrication of a custom steel staircase, and precise installation using crane-assisted placement.

Scope of Work

Demolition & Site Preparation:

Safely dismantled and removed the deteriorated wooden staircase.

Ensured the surrounding area was protected during demolition.

Proper disposal of all debris in accordance with local regulations.

Design & Engineering:

Conducted site measurements and structural assessments.

Designed a steel staircase tailored to site specifications and safety standards.

Installed new concrete stair foundations

Fabrication:

Precision-cut steel components for optimal structural integrity.

Used Galvanization to enhance durability and weather resistance.

Installation:

Coordinated a crane lift for seamless and secure placement of the new stairs.

Secured the structure to existing building supports with high-strength fasteners.

Final Inspection & Handover:
