Project description

Gillco Construction served as project manager for the full renovation of the Auckland Rose Park Hotel in Parnell, delivering a complete transformation of this iconic property.



We oversaw the upgrade of all 111 rooms, including new bathrooms and custom cabinetry, as well as extensive exterior upgrades such as a new roof, ceilings, and flooring throughout shared spaces.



This large-scale commercial project highlights our expertise in construction, remodelling, and seamless project management.
