Project description
We recently had the pleasure of revitalizing a 100-year-old railway house in the heart of Horo with a stunning facelift. Our team replaced all the original windows with energy-efficient double glazing, enhancing both the home’s insulation and curb appeal. We also replaced the damaged cladding materials with new, durable cladding, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting protection. The home now boasts a complete new roof and guttering system, built to withstand the test of time. Outdoors, we extended and laid a new deck, complemented by a beautiful wraparound veranda, creating a perfect space for outdoor living. Inside, we completely renovated the bathroom, turning it into a modern, stylish retreat. To top it off, we installed sleek, new glass balustrading, all engineered to meet the highest safety codes. The result? A perfect blend of modern comfort and timeless character, all tailored to the client’s needs.
