Project description

Seal liquid membrane applications start with a chemical clean to kill off moss and mould, followed by a thorough water blast or soft wash to clean the entire surface. Roof restoration is used to patch any damage or leaks, and replace damaged concrete tile. From there, masking off and drop sheets are used to define the application area and mitigate any overspray. Two coats of self-priming liquid membrane coatings will follow and complete the coating system.
