TI Security and Automation provided and installed a new Centurion D10 gate motor, along with a new gate post. The new post was installed in the same location as the old one by cutting the old post off below ground and trimming the new post to fit inside the remaining part of the old post. Everything was then concreted together. A shallow single slot was cut across the driveway to allow for the installation of a direct bury cable connected to the new 4-beam barrier curtain safety beam. The existing chain link fence was attached to the new post, and a new gate catch was installed in the new post. Additionally, the existing Cartel wireless FRX sensors receiving module was replaced as it had been exposed to the weather.
