Paul quoted a motorised unit for our garage but never took the time to inspect the job prior. Two days before our elderly tenant was to move in, and needed an automated garage door, I was informed, by the technician who was onsite to do the install, that the motor unit quoted could not be installed and I was told the motor unit that would be required would cost an extra $1,000 + more than the original quote. We have since found a more reliable and knowledgable garage installer, who can fit the original motor unit that Paul and his team could not! Very unreliable service. Reply: Hi Patricia - Thanks for taking the time to review us, im sorry we were unable to complete the quoted works. As per our quote it was subject to a site visit and our soonest availability due to time constraints was as you say two days prior to a tennant moving in, that's the best we could offer. 99.9% of the time this dosent cause any issues, unfortunately the site wasnt a standard install and our solution to be able to do the job to our standard was a more expensive option.
