The team responded to my online request immediately. The next morning the Le Doors team member arrived and diagnosed the problem...the old door 'engine' had given up the ghost. Within 1/2 an hour the new system was installed and tested. Then unsolicited, the Le Doors guy did cleaning/maintenance on the runners both the doors, tidied up and spent a few minutes briefing me on the new system and how to maintain in the future. IMPRESSIVE service and workmanship. And the price invoiced seemed very fair, as quoted, no surprises. Strong recommendation from me.
