Prompt response to my enquiry, Paul was round the next day and provided a quote later that day. Once accepted, the work was booked in a few days later - they replaced all the pulleys, springs, and rollers as well as replacing the rubber strip along the bottom and the mohair pad around the rest. As a result, the door is smoother and quieter and we are experiencing noticeably lower drafts through the house. Thanks guys.
