Uzabus Kapiti coast is located 50m from our workshop and showroom and we were chosen to upgrade the existing damaged doors with some heavy duty powder coated ( pioneer red ) roller shutter doors with Grifco automation.

The team responded to my online request immediately. The next morning the Le Doors team member arrived and diagnosed the problem...the old door 'engine' had given up the ghost. Within 1/2 an hour the new system was installed and tested. Then unsolicited, the Le Doors guy did cleaning/maintenance on the runners both the doors, tidied up and spent a few minutes briefing me on the new system and how to maintain in the future. IMPRESSIVE service and workmanship. And the price invoiced seemed very fair, as quoted, no surprises. Strong recommendation from me.

We called into the Le Doors office to get some information. We met with Paul while we were there. He arranged to meet us at our place later that day. We received a quote for new garage doors two days later (it was the weekend!) and we finalised the arrangement next day. Paul advised that depending on the manufacturers installation should be completed within 6 weeks our doors were installed after 4 weeks from acceptance of the quote. Absolutely awesome service. Asked for a quote to replace a garage door. Got a phone call reply same day and an onsite quote the next day (no other door companies even replied to my request for a quote). I had a lot of questions after the quote which were all answered quickly and patiently. Door was ordered and arrived in the expected time frame, Le Doors called to advise, then installed the next morning. I didn't have to chase up anything as I have with my recent experiences with other tradies. Couldn't have been easier. Door works mint and good price. Highly recommended.
