Had a broken cable on our sectional door on Christmas Day with the door stuck open. We had been considering getting some maintenance, so having to live with a part open door for three weeks was a reminder that these pieces of equipment work pretty hard and do require regular attention. I got a response from Paul on line and booked the repair for the first working day of January. An excellent response with two new cables and a full check done within two hours. In future I'll make a note to commit to regular maintenance, in fact I arranged an upgrade of all the moving parts which was done four days later. We now have a smooth silent system. I'd recommend LE Doors to anyone on the Kapiti Coast, reliable, reasonable, and responsive.
