Never turned up and declined to do garage. Should ring before you show up to a future client's house how unprofessional of yous Reply: Thanks for your feedback Sonny. As per our email i sent you after talking to our technician at the appointment we showed up too today. We made a booking via email with you initially which we arrived to on time and was greeted by a gentle man at the door who confirmed we were at the right address and that the woman inside would help us out if we banged on the door and yelled out then he left. Our technician did this for 10 mins before feeling rather uncomfortable about the situation and appropriately left. After talking to our technician i followed up with an email to you and respectfully declined to pursue the job any further with you and gave you a recommendation for another company that may be able to help you out.
