We ordered a new garage door from this company. Disappointingly they have delivered a door we didn't order....but we've been told it's not LE Garage Doors fault....it's the factories. ....LE Garage Doors only place the order with the factory...so not their fault. We now have to wait until January next year for the door we ordered months ago. It would be nice if just once someone took responsibility & didn't pass the buck ! I would not recommend this company. Unprofessional. Reply: Hi J, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Unfortunately, the incorrect door style was supplied to us by the manufacturer. While the error was not made by our installation team, we absolutely acknowledge that the responsibility to resolve it sits with us, and we have taken immediate steps to do so. The correct door has already been reordered and is now in the production queue, and we will install it as soon as it arrives. At the time of installation, the resolution was discussed with Adele in detail, and we understood that this was accepted, which is why the supplied door was left installed rather than leaving the opening unsecured. That said, we recognise that this outcome is not ideal and we apologise for the inconvenience caused while awaiting the replacement. Regarding site cleanliness, we’re very disappointed to hear this feedback. Our standard is to leave every site clean and tidy, i personally saw the majority of the rubbish unloaded at our workshop bin however being meticulous is our standard we set and this will be addressed internally with the team as a reminder. Im happy to have someone come back to collect any missed rubbish in the morning. Mistakes can occur in manufacturing, but how they are handled matters. Paul quoted a motorised unit for our garage but never took the time to inspect the job prior. Two days before our elderly tenant was to move in, and needed an automated garage door, I was informed, by the technician who was onsite to do the install, that the motor unit quoted could not be installed and I was told the motor unit that would be required would cost an extra $1,000 + more than the original quote. We have since found a more reliable and knowledgable garage installer, who can fit the original motor unit that Paul and his team could not! Very unreliable service. Reply: Hi Patricia - Thanks for taking the time to review us, im sorry we were unable to complete the quoted works. As per our quote it was subject to a site visit and our soonest availability due to time constraints was as you say two days prior to a tennant moving in, that's the best we could offer. 99.9% of the time this dosent cause any issues, unfortunately the site wasnt a standard install and our solution to be able to do the job to our standard was a more expensive option.
