I'm a draughtsman or CAD Technician for building work and for engineers. I draw plans for building and construction work whether it need's a building consent or not. I've designed new homes and drawn plans for old ones to renovate or to add on to. I do mostly alterations and additions and if wanted 3D views. I'm a member of the Design Association of NZ. Most of my work has been the lower north island.
