Ruckman and his assistant were highly professional when cleaning the guttering and applying roof treatment to our two- storey 1920s home. I was pleased to see they took all necessary precautions, using a safety harness when up the top and very sturdy ladders for the more easily accessible areas. They were happy to do additional work (cleaning lichen off a skylight) and sendt photos of various roof issues that will one day need attention.
