Building a new timber handrail along the wall

Secure existing fence and adding trellis on top

Strengthen one side existing fence and putting two new posts to the fence. Adding trellis to the top of the existing fence.

Scope of Work: • Strengthen the existing fence. • Install four new posts aligned with the existing fence line. • Cut concrete where required to ensure posts are set in a straight line. • Set posts securely in soil with cement.

Change exterior wooden staircase

Remove and replace the broken stringer and stair tread with new ones, then apply a fresh coat of paint on top.

External stair and accessibility grab rail

Scope of Work Shine Engineering will undertake the entire job from start to finish, including: 1. Site Measurements – Conduct accurate on-site measurements to ensure all components fit precisely and comply with site conditions. 2. Design & Engineering – Develop a suitable design for strengthening the centre post and repairing the top section, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. 3. Fabrication – Manufacture all required components in-house using high-quality materials, ensuring durability and a professional finish. 4. Installation – Carry out on-site installation, including reinforcing the centre post, securely fastening it to the gate, and repairing the damaged area. 5. Quality Assurance – Inspect and test all work upon completion to ensure proper function, strength, and finish.

Add timber palings and rails to 7m long fence

Supply and install timber palings and horizontal rails to complete the existing fence structure.
