Super happy to have found Major from MSL Security! With the limited options and a history of average service currently available in Masterton, I was on the hunt for a new provider. I did a google search confident I wasn’t going to find much, so I was intrigued when I saw a new business had popped up showing as available in Masterton. I gave the number a call and the voice on the other end of the phone was as intrigued as I was. He had just expanded his already successful business into the Wairarapa and had literally gone live with his business Webb page that same day, our business was his first phone call for this area. We agreed to meet and have a chat about what it was my business needed. First of all, Major turned up to site when he said he was going to, Major is extremely knowledgeable explaining his experience and expertise, where in NZ his business is located already and how they were now working in the wairarapa. We discussed what was needed for my business, we talked through a plan of how and when, again Major arrived on the day at the time he said he would, organised, super polite and friendly. My ‘To Do’ list had expanded but this was no inconvenience to Major, and happily offered to complete this additional work while he was already there. He asked if I was happy where he was moving things to before fixing permanently, he paid attention to detail looking at the colour scheme of our business and using black instead of white as it ‘would look better’ and ‘match your business colours. He cleaned up after himself as he worked and was polite to our business clients as he worked around them. We are thrilled with the work MSL has done for us and will most definitely be looking to move as much of our security work to MSL as we can. Good pricing too. Highly recommend Major.
