We specialise in Design and Build and offer a full Design service in house for any project both residential and commercial. We complete kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, general home renovations as well as any smaller projects throughout the South Waikato, Matamata/Piako and Waipa areas for homeowners, businesses and suppliers.

We have Smith&Sons working on our Gym Renovation in Putaruru. It's a big project for us as we just moved back from Aussie and don't know much about NZ construction situation, but Ben Dean, the project manager, has made it easy for us. Great communication so we can always be on top of any changes during the whole project. Detail plan and budget so we can set our mind in peace and know exactly what we are doing. We are also working with them on other renovation plans as well. Not cheap, but I'm willing to pay for the peace in mind at night knowing the job is well taken care of.
