We realised our hot water cylinder wasn't working late in the evening, so made a call to Aotea the next morning. We had someone out to us within 30 mins. He was really informative about what had got wrong and was super fast to get it sorted. Our hot water was back in action within a couple of hours. Absolutely awesome!
