Awful experience speaking to Sonya on the phone. Called to enquire about a move in clean. Sonya asked me for details about the clean. As soon as she found out the flat had been renovated she totally switched. She has "no times available this week". I said that's fine what about next week. None next week either. Asked when her next time is then. No she can't do the job now because she is super busy with a new contract. I was genuinely confused and asked why had she been asking me when I want the clean done as she can't do it any time, even if it was in 6 months time. She got incredibly rude and essentially hung up on me. Worst experience dealing with a company that I can remember for a long time. Reply: Sorry about the experience that you have,we are under New management now please let me know if we can help you with anything.
