We had a bit of an emergency situation right before NYE and while on Waiheke island... No one seemed to be able to help us at such a tricky time of year and being on Waiheke but Heta was incredible! So helpful and went out of his way to get the door repaired by 7am the following morning. He also talked us through what we could do in the meantime and was able to diagnose the issue before even arriving on site. Cant recommend enough! I contacted HM Garage Doors ltd so check my garage door not opening. the technician come to my home early morning and check and we find out need to replace motor, because of old motor is to old and we can’t find part so we have to go with new one. He give me good price and next day come and do the job for us because its very urgent. His service and work is very professional. Nice and clean work. And explain everything to me. Absolutely incredible service. Our garage door was broken and we needed to be able to get out fast.
