My wife bought a footpath sign for her business a few months ago now. We both would not recommend anyone buy a footpath sign from this company. We had a badly made first sign sent out which was clearly not any fault of the postage company, it was clearly very badly made, please see photos. A replacement sign was sent out without any issues but this was also damaged, both signs were couriered back at our expense expecting a full refund as both products were clearly not right, but no refund at all, and it was insulting to be offered a 15% discount on a future purchase from this company as compensation. It was extremely upsetting, very unprofessional of the owner of this business (Will) to do this to a customer. He should not be producing footpath signs as he clearly doesn't know how to produce them professionally. I bought another sign locally at my own expense again, and no issues at all, no damage, no issues with bubbling of the plastic or badly cut rough edges. DONT BUY OFF THIS MAN IF YOU THINK YOU WILL GET A REFUND as he clearly has no values/ integrity!!! Reply: Hi Katie From our side we have 6 people can see that we pack the footpath sign perfectly when we send out also we had the photo of evidence before we sent out the sign is in good condition. when you open the sign and you took a picture to us not sure why the picture you took from your side the sticker from the board is out. but we already sent you twice for the sign boad also when you return the board you were saying you will post it back at your cost and now you saying it cost $35, if we know you paying that much amount of money for postage we will just use our courier to collect from your side but now you using the expensive courier service without letting us know also we don't know who damage the board. we 100% sure the board is brand new and in good condition when we post them. also when you return us the black base there is a damage on the base as well so we can't use that base for sale.
