Garage Conversion - Flipping the Switch

A newly built home had the garage removed to make way for a new large bedroom (which could work as a second living space), a private office, and keep the existing laundry creating a large utility space. Overall the home went from a 3 bedroom/double garage house, to what could be called a 5 bedroom with large utility space home.

Replace ceiling tiles with gib.

Cannot rate Leon highly enough. His project management which included sparkie, plasterer and painters was great. His professionalism never dipped starting with his quote, which included breakdowns of all costs and was very detailed, through to removing the rubbish at the job completion. Highly recommend Leon and his team.

Fencing and cat proofing.

Leon Walker Builders were quick to respond and had already researched the product I requested. They did a fantastic job creating a cat enclosure, even returning when one cat found an escape route. They also installed a cat door and built a cat ramp. Everything looks great and professional. I'll definitely use their services again. The cats are very happy too! 😊
