my issue was blue line on sony tv screen. It would have been good if more questions were asked during the initial phone call. This can give an idea if the person coming can fix it or not. He came and immediately told its panel board issue and he cant do anything. We had to pay his on call fees.

Vijay fixed my oven as insurance call out, was able to repair it on the same callout. Would definitely use again for other electrical appliance jobs
