Outdoor AC cover
Created a cover for the AC compressor doubles as a cupboard and table made from engineered stone. Cost $400
Paving and garden beds
Patio upgrades. Removing the old deck, including replacing the timber of existing deck and rotten poles holding up the eves. Then paving the area also adding garden beds to create a welcoming place to enjoy.
Kaboodle kitchens
Over the years of building Tiny houses. I have designed and built 100s of different kaboodle kitchens. Here a some examples.
Step replacement
The old timber was painted and not very attractive. Just some minor changes can give a more modern look.
Laundry upgrade
The laundry space was not practical in this 2bed unit with limited storage. So we removed the old tub and added some cupboards creating more workable space and extra storage
