Cut hole in the wall and installed a new double cavity slider and stopped ready for painting.

Replace Rotten Floor Section in a Bedroom

Removed the old rotten flooring, added supporting nogs between joists and reinstated carpet strip.

Replaced Old Deck Railings

Removed old broken deck railings and replaced with new ones - including the top rails.

Kitchen Renovation

Removed the old kitchen and replaced it with a new one. This included new walls and insulation.

Remove and Replace Ceiling in Rumpus Room

Removed old ceiling. Levelled old ceiling battens and installed new Gib. Stopped new Gib ready for painting.

Paved Garden and Gate Install

Created a boxed and paved garden patio area. Installed a new gate for access.
