Replace Bath Shower with New One - including liner replacement and floor repairs
Removed old rotten shower unit and liner. Replaced all Gib with Aqualine. Replaced rotten flooring and rebuilt the bath cradle. Installed new shower liner and hardware.
Replaced Old Window
Removed the old window and replaced it with a second-hand double-glazed aluminium one.
Replace Rotting Front Door Stairs
Removed old stairs and replaced with new kwila ones. Including replacing posts, bearers and rails.
Fix Rotten Floor and Wall | Water Leak
Replaced old floor that had turned into weet-bix due to a leak and retiled it. Also replaced and stopped the gib wall ready for painting.
Urgent Fence Build for Tenants Dog
Tenants were moving in with a dog and a new rear fence to secure the section was required urgently. The old vegetation and fence (including concrete) were removed and a new one erected in two days.
