I had the cleaning doctor out last week to give my car their advanced interior detailing. I will say the guys arrived promptly and did a good job with the wiping of the interior, the vacuum was also well done. However the seat shampoo was very basic and unfortunately didn't get the cat pee smell out of one of seats- the whole reason I got the valet in the first place. I tried explaining to the guy when he showed up to really get into this seat and give it a good going over as it needed it. But i don't believe it got any more attention then the other seats. The window clean was also the worst I have ever had. The windows were left with streaks, smudges and water marks. I let the company know and they came back the next day to redo the glass. They did this in record time and whilst the water marks were taken care of the streaking and handprints on the windscreen and back window left a lot to be desired. The glass seems dirtier than when i gave it to them. All in all I am not happy with the service I was provided and 'advanced detailing' it was not. I wouldn't recommend the cleaning doctor for your car needs. Reply: Hi Louisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Finally have a cleaner that meets my high expectations. They arent the cheapest but you 100% get what you pay for which is ultimately the goal. We have had cleaners in the past that we would have to get back to re-clean things, or get parts of the job refunded becuase it was in worse condition than when they arrived. Cleaning Doctor have excellent communication and deliver on what they say they will. Not only that they were on time, which was an issue we also had with prior cleaners.
