Whilst I didn't proceed with the repairs/servicing, Joel was prompt with providing an initial quote to diagnose & potentially repair our heatpump. Weighing up the cost to repair vs getting a new unit, this did help me in my decision to buy a new heat pump (given our existing heat pump was already quite old). Excellent tradespeople. Did the job quickly and efficiently. One of the 3 AC units we had maintenance on had a slight rattle after, but they came back very quickly and made sure it was all fixed to be very quiet. AC units now working a lot better. Joel did an excellent job on my heat pump systems. He was very professional and friendly throughout his tasks and also go above and beyond his normal task to accommodate reasonable request to add to the task. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and excellent job on your heat pump, he might not be the cheapest but he sure is the best around.
