Very happy with all aspects of the job, which was a bathroom heat lamp/fan replacement. I was nervous about going with the first tradie who responded to my listing on Builderscrack, but I'm really happy I did, Jan was great. Fast initial communication, full explanation of what was likely going wrong and how to remedy it, bang on time and a great job completed. All this in less than 24 hours!
