I rang Daren the evening at about 5 pm on a Sunday and he was at my house the next morning at about 8:30 am which is a very quick response. I am impressed with his dedication to unblock the line because after the first trial it was not successful and he tried the second time which he did successfully. Daren also found the location of the blockage and the reason of the blockage. It was due to a dip on the line below my garden shed. He also wrote up a detailed job report and 2 CCTV images of the CCTV exploration. I am very satisfied of his work and I would highly recommend him to other customers.
