Great service! I had a slow-moving shower drain. I filled out the contact form on Speed Drain's website on a Wednesday evening and got a phone call within 5 minutes. I made an appointment for Friday (he offered to come as soon as the next day on Thursday!), and Darrin showed up promptly after a courtesy text. He cleared the slow shower drain and checked the kitchen sink drain, too! Would definitely use Speed Drain again if I have a clog or slow-moving drain. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Darren was very professional and his service was exceptional. We have a blocked drain. Initially, we called another company, which charged us, but they didn't unblock it using Hydro jet service. After conducting research on the internet and considering the reviews on Google, I decided to give the Speed Drain service a try. He explained all services ahead of time, and he unblocked the drainage in 5 minutes upon arrival using Hydro jet. Later, he used a CC camera and went through the pipe, explaining in detail what could be the issue that caused the blockage. And he cleared the drain pipe thoroughly and checked multiple times to make sure everything is clear. I really impressed by his work and attention to customer requirements and efficiency at work. I have no hesitation in recommending or hiring again.
