Domestic Window Cleaning

Not a happy customer. Window clean of outside windows on sunroom only was quoted $150. Watermarks and parts missed on windows. Windows not clean. Did not have ladder or water, which i supplied. Payment came to $235 because quote did not include GST. I feel ripped off.
