Really happy with the 2 jobs that Carpet Call have done for us recently. They got the job done quickly and to a high standard. Peter is a true pro and takes pride in his work. He really went the extra mile to ensure our jobs were done to a great standard within our timeframes.

We have recently worked with Peter from Carpet Call to supply and install Carpet in our 3 bedroom, lounge and stairwell. We are so impressed with the quality of underlay and Carpet, it looks and feels amazing. The price was great too! Peter was so easy to communicate with, he was helpful and informative. The whole process was very positive, and we will definitely use them again in the future!

We were recommended to use Carpet Call Manukau and we were very glad that we did. Peter visited us to measure and show us samples very promptly. His quote was acceptable.Unfortunately Covid hit the team and there was a delay..But when the boys recovered we found them very respectful and capable.Thanks team. Very disappointed this time. We have used this company previously to do repairs. In fact we bought the carpet from them and love it. So when we wanted to reinstall it in our newly purchased house, we rang. This time we got a guy, supposedly the owner who thought he knew better than us about what we wanted. I left clear instructions but he rang me at work to bully me about what he thought looked better and refused, point blank, to do as I requested. It wasn't so much the suggestions he made but it was the demanding attitude of superiority. The workmanship was rough, puckered and a hole was left unmended. I also noticed dirty hand marks all over the freshly painted walls. I immediately called carpet repairers who came promptly and fixed up the mess. They laughed when they saw the shoddy job they were fixing! And they could not completely do as I had asked due to joins etc but they were a pleasure to deal with and offered alternative ideas in a civil and unchallenging manner. Don't get me wrong, we still love this carpet. It's durable, easy to clean, great colour and looks as good as new after about 6 years or longer. But this guy needs a lesson in listening to his customers and leaving the installation to experts! PS I've left this review for a couple month but find, I am still annoyed Reply: We are sorry to hear about your experience.
