Not great. He was swift to get in touch, and arranged a time to come and look - but then because I didn't provide an email address he just didn't come. When I contacted him, he said that because I didn't provide an email address for billing purposes, he had moved on to the next job. He offered to come the next morning, but our sink was unusable for two days already - so I contacted someone else.

We had one communication from Natana proposing a site visit day and time. I confirmed yes within an hour of his message and sent a site visit confirmation via builders crack. But they never showed up and we haven't heard from them since.
