Removal of light fixture and repair of wall
Capital Builds covers all kinds of work, even down to the smallest repair! This homeowner wanted an old, out dated light fixture removed and the hole patched. We sent our plasterer straight out and the job was complete with only the minimum fee to pay.
2022/2023 Projects
Capital Builds were a main asset in the interior construction of the Summerset Retirement Village at Kenepuru. We were in charge of everything from plasterboard to paint on over 200x 2 and 3 bedroom villas and 5x 5 story apartment blocks containing over 200 apartments. It's safe to say, we've done a lot of work! And this was just one project to note. We have done The Paddington townhouses on the corner of Taranaki Street in Wellington. We have done the apartment complex at 195 High Street in Lower Hutt. We are currently working at 135 Victoria Street in Wellington We have also been invited to oversee the the renovation of a certain 5-star hotel in wellington.. These are our main projects which primarily keep our guys busy. We also realise that turning up to these commercial sites day after day can become very draining for the guys. They love to get out and run errands, look at jobs etc. So, we had an idea to see if we can pick up some extra work, not only for the guys, but to ensure the homeowners in the region are getting a qualified tradie (not a handyman that says they're a builder) at a reasonable rate!!
