I have spent my entire life in the building trade. My career began as an apprentice joiner, and since then, I have undertaken all kinds of building work. Here are some of the services I offer:
*Assembly kitset furniture
*Instill new and replace existing rangehoods.
* Locating and fixing leaks in roofs and windows, as well as repairing any resulting damage.
* Mending holes in walls and ceilings, stopping new gib, and painting over the repairs for a finished look.
* Replacing floorboards.
* Repairing and replacing guttering and downpipes.
* Fixing and substituting any broken catches, hinges, and stays on wooden and aluminium joinery.
* Leveraging my extensive network of tradespeople, I can recommend someone to assist with the work if it's beyond my scop
* I will also do quick onsite inspections for home buyers looking at the exterior and the interior. This inspection provides GENERAL GUIDANCE ONLY and it is intended as informal guidance for buyers and is not a legally binding building report.
