After completing this work on 12th January after 2days to complete everything was fine until last week when I noticed that the work that was done on back door handle was not sufficient and consequently is now back to the way it was before they came. I contacted Stephen to arrange for the guys to come back and fix the back door handle properly, after several excuses and promises to return to fix it, it is still a no show. NOT IMPRESSED! Stephen did come back to finish job and apologised.
