As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.
To guarantee the longevity and reliability of your appliances, we use only genuine parts sourced from trusted, reputable electrical suppliers. Furthermore, we carry full liability insurance to provide peace of mind for our clients, protecting against any potential damage.

Have had the worst experience, no dishwasher for over a month. Fixed it and instantly broke again and no communication of when they are coming to fix it again or updates on the parts coming in. Do not recommend!! Reply: Hi Simone, After reviewing our records, we can confirm that we have not visited your property or carried out any work for you. THUS, NO SERVICE PROVIDED AT ALL. THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL. You first reached out through Builderscrack, but we didn’t receive a response to our follow-up message. Our technician only had a brief phone call with you, which was advisory in nature, as we always try to help where we can. Our manager has since been in touch to clarify the situation and also offered to arrange a repair, which was declined. We respect all feedback based on genuine experiences, but in this case, no service was provided by us. Had a problem with the washing machine not spinning. Called SB Appliance servicing Technician arrived on-time. Very friendly , checked out the washer and found that the pump had packed up, had spare one site so replaced the pump. Took no more then 30min. Very efficient, highly recommended.
