As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.

Great service both over the oh and in person. High call out fees and labour fees. $70 labour charge for 10 mins onsite TO empty the pump which was blocking water drainage is ouchy..still maybe they will waive that and allow the $110 callout fee cover the 10 mins onsite? As a tenant I initially had minimal contact due to part scarcity however eventually I was updated on this matter. A part was found and once this happened my fridge was fixed within 24 hours. I understand it can sometimes take a while to source parts, the only recommendation I would have is to keep updating your clients daily regarding parts sources or give some estimated time for sourcing parts.
