We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. Great service both over the oh and in person. High call out fees and labour fees. $70 labour charge for 10 mins onsite TO empty the pump which was blocking water drainage is ouchy..still maybe they will waive that and allow the $110 callout fee cover the 10 mins onsite? As a tenant I initially had minimal contact due to part scarcity however eventually I was updated on this matter. A part was found and once this happened my fridge was fixed within 24 hours. I understand it can sometimes take a while to source parts, the only recommendation I would have is to keep updating your clients daily regarding parts sources or give some estimated time for sourcing parts.
