As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.

Turned up on time and diagnosed the issue in the first 10mins. Gave me a rough quote on how much it would cost and proceeded with the work after I consented. Found another issue with dryer while repairing, told me additional charges (which I was still happy with as it was still cheap) and continued on. Fixed and cleaned up in just over an hour, and even explained to me how to maintain the unit, moving forward. Ended up costing less than what they had initially quoted me!!
